By purchasing services from Zero2Work (“Zero2Work,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Services Provided
Zero2Work provides professional resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, career coaching, interview preparation, job search strategy, and related career services. Specific deliverables for each package are described on our website. All packages include professional resume writing and ATS‑aware formatting; select packages include additional deliverables such as cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, consultation sessions, interview prep, and networking templates.
2. Ordering and Payment- Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. - Order Start: After payment you will complete an order form with your career history and target roles. Work begins when you submit that form. - Pricing and Taxes: All prices are listed in USD and may change for future orders; price changes do not affect orders already placed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. - Chargebacks: Contact info@zero2work.com to resolve payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Improper or unresolved chargebacks may result in forfeiture of credits or services and may be contested.
3. Information You Provide- Accuracy:
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information about your work history, education, skills, and career goals. - Responsibility: We create documents based on the information you provide and do not independently verify employment or education credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you submit and for any consequences of inaccurate or misleading information.
4. Delivery Timeline- Standard Delivery Windows:
Basic - up to 72 business hours; Professional - up to 96 business hours; Executive - up to 120 business hours, measured from the date you submit the completed order form. - Business Days: Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). - Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund only if we fail to deliver your completed documents within 10 business days of your order form submission without communicating a delay to you. - Communication During Delays: If we anticipate a delay beyond the standard delivery window, we will notify you by email with an updated delivery estimate. - Delivery Method: All documents are delivered via email to the address you provide.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction- Included Revisions:
Basic Package - 1 round within 30 days of delivery; Professional Package - 2 rounds within 60 days; Executive Package - 2 rounds within 90 days. - Revision Scope: A revision round includes reasonable edits to content, wording, formatting, or restructuring based on information you already provided. Each revision request should be submitted as a single consolidated request. - Complex Revisions: Requests that add more than three new roles, require major restructuring, or are estimated to take more than three hours are considered complex and may incur additional fees or be counted as multiple revision rounds. - Minor Fixes: Typos, grammatical errors, formatting mistakes, or technical issues caused by Zero2Work will be corrected at no charge and do not count toward your revision rounds. - Expiration: Unused revision rounds expire at the end of the applicable revision window and cannot be transferred, extended, or refunded. - Editable Version: After included revisions are used, we will provide an editable Word document so you can make additional changes yourself at no charge. - Returning Client Updates: Discounted update services are available to customers who purchased an original package within the last three years: Minor Update - $39; Standard Update - $69; Major Refresh - $99. Update services include one revision round and require original resume files when available. - Rush Revisions: Expedited revision options may be available for an additional fee; availability and pricing are posted on the website.
6. Refund Policy- Full Refunds:
Full refunds are available only if we fail to deliver your completed documents within 10 business days of your order form submission without communicating a delay, or in cases of major service failure (e.g., complete non‑delivery or abandonment). - No Refunds: Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of job offers or interview invitations, dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond the quality of the documents themselves, incomplete or inaccurate information you provided, requests for unlimited rewrites beyond included revisions, or cancellation after work has begun. - Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not available unless expressly provided in writing by Zero2Work. - Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations- No Employment Guarantee:
We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, callbacks, salary levels, or ATS selection. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or placement service. - Nature of Services: Our services consist solely of creating professionally written and formatted career documents, optimizing documents according to current best practices, and providing career‑related informational materials and general consultation where included. - Factors Beyond Our Control: Employment outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, the accuracy of information provided, interview performance, market conditions, employer preferences, and other external factors. - Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. - Customer Acknowledgment: By purchasing our services you acknowledge that employment success depends primarily on your qualifications and efforts and that Zero2Work is not responsible for employment outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property- Your Content:
You retain all rights to the information and personal details you provide. - Our Work Product: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the resume, cover letter, and other documents we create for your personal job search purposes. - Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our work for commercial purposes, claim authorship of our templates or proprietary methods, or use our documents as templates for other people’s resumes. - Portfolio Use: We may use anonymized, redacted samples of our work in portfolios or marketing materials; we will not disclose your personal information.
9. Confidentiality and Communication- Confidentiality:
We treat the information you provide as confidential and will not share it except as necessary to provide services (for example, with service providers who assist in delivery) or as required by law. - Communication: Primary communication is via email at info@zero2work.com. Please allow up to 24–48 business hours for responses. You agree to check your email (including spam folders) regularly and respond to requests for clarification within seven days.
10. Cancellation
All sales are final after payment and order form submission. Refunds are available only as described in Section 6.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law- Contact First:
If you have concerns, contact info@zero2work.com. We aim to resolve disputes informally. - Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding. - Class Action Waiver: You and Zero2Work agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class or representative actions. - Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Zero2Work is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes and Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on our website. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zero2Work regarding our services.

Zero2Work (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and your rights.

Information You Provide: Name, email address, phone number, career history, resume files, education and employment details, and other information you submit when using our services. Payment card information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. - Information Collected Automatically: Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, usage data (pages visited, time on site), and cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information:
We use your information to: provide and deliver services; analyze resumes (including ATS scans); communicate about orders and deliverables; process payments; improve our services and website; and send marketing communications with your consent.
3. Storage and Retention:
- Secure Storage: We store documents and personal information using industry‑standard security measures. Files may be stored on cloud services with restricted access.
- Retention: We retain resume files and personal information for two years after purchase, after which we securely delete them unless legal obligations require longer retention.
- Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your data by emailing info@zero2work.com. We will confirm completion within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information:
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who need it to perform services on our behalf (for example, payment processors, secure file storage, email delivery, and ATS analysis providers). These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights. In the event of a business transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you if this occurs.
5. Data Security:
We implement industry‑standard security measures such as SSL/TLS for data transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure; we will notify affected users and authorities of data breaches as required by law.
6. Cookies and Tracking:
We use essential, analytics, and marketing cookies to operate the website and improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit site functionality.
7. Your Rights:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications. 8. International Transfers:
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our services you consent to such transfers; we implement safeguards to protect your data.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if we learn we have collected a child’s data, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Full refunds are available only if Zero2Work fails to deliver your completed documents within 10 business days of order form submission without communicating a delay, or in cases of major service failure. Partial refunds are not available unless expressly provided in writing by Zero2Work. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
As a thank‑you for referring new customers, when a referred person completes and pays for a Zero2Work service (and their order is not canceled, refunded, or otherwise voided), the referrer may choose one of the following rewards:
- One complimentary revision for any eligible resume or career document, redeemable within five (5) years of issuance; or - A $25 credit toward future Zero2Work services or add‑ons.
This reward does not apply to initial job placement packages. Credits are non‑transferable, have no cash value, and expire one year from the date of issue. Rewards are applied after the referred customer’s order is completed and their revision period has ended. Self‑referrals, referrals that were canceled or refunded, and fraudulent referrals are prohibited; Zero2Work reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards for suspected abuse or violations of program rules.
